Pulse oximeter refund

Still awaiting a refund after product is defective since May 4th. They promised me full refund, but nothing yet. In my expeience, very poor customer service. BEWARE!

Not working properly. I've already emailed out a couple of times with detailed description. 1/16/2023 Good afternoon, Ive purchased a blood pressure monitor on Nov 7, 2022. (Order Nr#29888) As this purchase was my 1st time order for monitoring my blood pressure, It took almost a month to begin to use it. When I began to use it, I was scared because the result turned out over 200, like 230, 239 after several errors. Since then, I hesitated to keep using it due to my fear about being so high. Due to the risky results, I saw my doctor at the hospital at the end of November and he confirmed it came out 170~180, thus recommending to begin my medication to lower my blood pressure level. Since then, I began my medication. Still having been scared, I tried to monitor the Healthpoint m/c at home assuming that it would be lowered after couple of weeks medication. However, it turned out similarly between 220 ~240 while my doctor confirmed around 145~150 at the hospital right away. Still being hesitated to use the Healthpoint monitor, I had tried in 2 weeks after making sure of taking medication for a certain period of time (over one month). However, my recent tests came out consecutive errors, not working properly even a single time. As I have had good reputation about home health monitoring machines, Ive never doubt about its quality. However, I think the monitor I got seems to be defected, which has not been successful even a single time. Although your website describes the relevant return policy, Id appreciate my returning and refunding it accordingly. As using a blood pressure monitor happened for the 1st time in my life, please consider how much troubles I have been going through with the Healthy point machine. If you accept my return this m/c, Id appreciate having the right procedure to return this monitoring machine. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I contacted them thru their online chat and was issued a full refund within hours according to my bank.

The blood pressure cuff I purchased does NOT WORK. After I was having issues, and thinking I had high blood pressure, my primary care doctor took her own blood pressure with it, and it was wrong.
